Q. What is the Virtual Pace Series?
The Virtual Pace Series is a series of virtual runs that you are able to do at your own pace. Run, walk, jog or bike - you decide. Complete your run/walk during the open period of the event, submit your results and reap the wards of feeling great! Plus you receive an awesome custom medal. Each virtual run will benefit a specific charity and will include a new medal.
Q. Can I create a team?
You bet! What a great way to keep the momentum going by running with your friends and family. You can create a team by clicking on the TEAM button during the registration process. You will also be given the opportunity to share your team URL on your Facebook page once you have completed the sign up.
Q. How does the Facebook Share feature working during the checkout process?
It's simple! After you have selected your tickets and are ready to checkout, you will have the opportunity to save an additional $2+ off per registration, just by signing in with your Facebook credentials. A pop up will ask you to share the excitement. Once you have posted the message, the discount is immediately credited on that transaction.
Q. How do I log/post my results?
You can you use any tracking app or device that you choose. Simply post your results to our Facebook page or by emailing us directly.
Q: How do I participate in a event?

Sign up for a event to receive your racing bib and finisher's medal.
Choose your course and decide on your distance to run/walk/bike/jog or treadmill. You are in control!
Set a date.
Report your finishing time and share your story in the Facebook group or the Facebook event page.
Sign up for the next race and tell your friends!
Q: Do you ship Internationally or to Canada?
Yes, for an additional fee ($10 internationally).
Q: Do you carry insurance for your event?
Our events are not sanctioned by any organization, so by signing up you are agreeing to run at your own risk! Please see the waiver for details.
Q: When will I receive my bib and medal?
Bibs are sent immediately at time of registration and can be found in your confirmation emails. Please be sure to check all junk or spam folders if you do not find them. Finisher medals will usually be shipped to participants after they upload their results or at the end of the event period. Occasionally, due to unexpected demand for a specific event or manufacturing delays beyond our control, there may be slight delays with late registrants receiving their medals. We will communicate these on each events registration page as soon as we are aware of the delay. You will always receive your medal within a few weeks of the end of the event period.
Q: Is my registration fee tax deductible?
Unfortunately, no. Although a donation will be made to charity, we are unable to provide tax receipts to each individual registrant.
Q. Can I run with my pet?
Why not? Pets make great running/walking companions :) Just be sure to bring clean up baggies if there are any accidents ;)
Q. What if I don't have a Facebook account, can I post my result some other way?
